We contribute expertise, decision-making, and capital to the project. Co-GPs work together on strategy, operations, and financial decisions, and they share both rewards and risks. This partnership leverages diverse skills to enhance the investment’s success.
We bring Limited Partner equity to projects in which we are the General Partner or Co-GP on. By us being a General Partner we have control over our LP equity we contribute to the project.
Debt
We bring debt to projects
As a debt partner in real estate investments we provide private debt funding or loan guarantees to support the project’s financial needs and potentially secure additional external financing.
We provide hard money loans which include short-term loans secured by real estate collateral, with an emphasis on the property’s value rather than the borrower’s credit. These loans typically feature higher interest rates and a quicker approval process compared to traditional loans.
